DeSesa Engineering Company, Inc. was established by Daniel DeSesa, P.E., in 1946 in Newark, New Jersey. The company is operated by Michael DiDomenico, P.E., President and Ralph DiDomenico, Comptroller. The company has grown steadily, with over 40 full-time employees.

Officers and Key Personnel 

Michael DiDomenico, P.E., President and CEO, has been associated with DeSesa Engineering Company since 1961.  Educational background includes Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology (formerly Newark College of Engineering).  Professional Engineering licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Primary responsibilities include contract negotiations, design-build engineering, and primary overseer of construction projects.

Joseph Capozza, Vice President, Engineering.  Employed since 1981, Joe has graduated from estimating and project management into design.  He has several Technical Achievement Certificates and is proficient in all disciplines of HVAC design. 

Ralph DiDomenico, Comptroller, has been with DeSesa Engineering since May 1994.  He worked in various positions until assuming the Controller position in December 1996.  He handles all computer and financial aspects of the Company.  He graduated from the University of Richmond and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
