Controls

the management of DeSesa saw a trend in the HVAC industry as more and more jobs were being specified with direct digital controls (DDC).  Turning to third party controls contractors to provide this portion of our service often caused conflicts and frustration for our customers.  When installation or service problems arose they were more difficult to resolve – were the controls or the equipment at fault? To provide the best service to our customers, the management at DeSesa made the commitment to provide a complete package to our customers from one source.  An In House Controls Division was born.  But making the decision was only the beginning.  Choosing a controls system manufacturer, training personnel, and managing it’s operation all had to be worked out.

Controls

Carrier Comfort Network (CCN) was the system DeSesa decided best suited our customer’s expectations, and already being a certified Carrier equipment dealer fit into our “total service package” concept.  We began training our management and service personnel. To provide an alternative choice to our customers, a few years ago we added Honeywell controls product line as well. Our control technicians are experienced HVAC mechanics with advanced training from Carrier and Honeywell.
